Bi-maxillary Protrusion: An Orthodontic Management

Bi-maxillary protrusion is a condition with protrusive and proclined upper lower incisors the patient not able to close lips without strain. The presented case reported chief complaint of forwardly placed teeth, skeletal class II malocclusion, Angle’s I malocclusion incisors. treatment was performed extraction all first premolars retraction under absolute anchorage. about 3 mm 3.5 achieved respectively With proper anchorage preparation, bi-maxillary can be successfully managed orthodontically.
